This listing is for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #3 (Variant Cover), published by Mirage Studios in 1985. This comic was rated 9.2 (Near Mint-) by CGC with "White Pages". It was signed by Kevin Eastman (who also did an awesome original sketch on the front cover) in the presence of CGC so that there is no doubt about authenticity. Further adding to its desirability, this book came from the collection of Quentin Eastman (Kevin Eastman's uncle) - the COA shown in the last picture above will be included with the book.
